The Season 5 cast member has lost over half of her peak body weight since filming for the My 600 Lb Life Ashley R episodes began — and, if recent events are any indication, it looks like Ashley. According to her 2019 follow-up episode, she suffered from excess skin after dropping so much weight. However, the My 600-lb Life alum was determined to finally get rid of them. On a happy note, the 35-year-old woman is still married to Daniel, and the two are stronger than ever. When Ashley Reyes was first introduced on My 600-lb Life ‘s Wednesday, January 11, her outlook was fairly bleak. The 30-year-old, who weighed 668 pounds, needed help showering, couldn’t sit in.
